My Auto Service Plan’s ambitious vision required a multifaceted approach to deliver a cutting-edge service experience, and Untapped was there to make it a reality. Our first step was to craft a distinctive brand identity that truly reflected the platform’s mission of simplifying vehicle maintenance. From a memorable logo to cohesive design elements, we created a visual style that conveyed trust, efficiency, and professionalism. This strong foundation positioned My Auto Service Plan as a reliable and innovative leader in the vehicle service industry, helping them stand out in a competitive market. The core solution was the development of a custom membership portal, providing users with a seamless and intuitive experience. This portal allowed customers to sign up, manage their service plans, and access personalised maintenance recommendations with ease. By integrating advanced Stripe functionality, the portal enabled direct debit set-up and management, ensuring users could stay on top of their vehicle’s maintenance schedule without stress. Another critical component was the creation of a bespoke web application using React, PHP, and MySQL. This app was designed for high performance, scalability, and reliability, integrating directly with service providers for real-time updates. Users could track their vehicle’s maintenance from start to finish, with a sleek and user-friendly interface that transformed the vehicle care process. We also implemented a credit check solution during the checkout process, allowing for user-specific paths based on credit scores. This ensured a balance between a seamless user experience and robust risk management, giving the business confidence in every decision.
