Skurt approached us to bring their groundbreaking vision to life by designing and developing their new recruitment application. The platform needed to reflect their bold mission to revolutionise hiring by replacing traditional CVs with an innovative video interview and screening process. Targeted at a younger, tech-savvy audience, the app had to prioritise efficiency, personality, and usability while standing out in the competitive recruitment space. To achieve this, we undertook a comprehensive discovery phase, including user and market research, to ensure the platform met the needs of both candidates and employers. A bold and modern brand identity was developed to embody Skurt’s evolutionary approach to recruitment. Finally, the mobile application was built using React.js and Expo, allowing for seamless functionality across iOS and Android platforms. The result is a sleek, intuitive app designed to disrupt traditional hiring practices.
